Case 3:

Phenotypic male aged 17 years. Pain and mass in left iliac fossa and hypogastrium. Secondary sexual characters not well developed. Left testis undescended, partial hypospadias, phallus partially adherent to scrotal sac. Left inguinal hernia. Structure resembling infantile uterus along with tube was found in the inguinal canal.
