HISTORY:
72 year old man. History of anaemia and weight loss. At endoscopy, oseophagitis with 6cms of Barretts above a sliding hiatus hernia.

HISTORY:
60 year old lady. Malignant looking lower oseophageal ulcer. Biopsies from lesion.
