HISTORY:

56 year old man. History of anaemia, weight loss and dysphagia. Oesophago-Gastro-Duodenoscopy(OGD) showed extensive mucosal/ sub-mucosal deposits from stomach to duodenum. Plaques of pink/red circular areas in D1/D2 region of duodenum and stomach. Oesophageal inflammation plus ulceration. Morphology rather strange and not like cancer.
