HISTORY:

69 year old lady. Sigmoid and rectal polyps noted at sigmoidoscopy. 1st sigmoid polyp was small (<10mm) and snared off. 2nd sigmoid polyp was large (25mm) snared off. Rectal polyp was small,(<10mm), snared off. Digital images of the snare biopsy of the large 25mm, 2nd sigmoid polyp.
