HISTORY:

A seventy year old female presented in August 2005 with a swelling in the submandibular region of three months duration. There were no other lymph nodes at that time. Chest Xray and abdominal ultrasound were normal. FNA was done which showed necrosis. In September 05 she was started on AKT with a good response. She presented . 10 months later with a rapid increase in size of the submandibular lymphnode. Bone marrow showed plasmacytosis. Lymph node biopsy done.
