HISTORY:

A twenty two year old male presented with cervical lymphadenopathy of one month duration and difficulty in swallowing. CT scan showed an ill-defined soft tissue lesion involving cervical lymph nodes and extending into the superior mediastinum, with compression of the trachea and esophagus.
