HISTORY:
A fifty year old male presented with an ulcer over the skin of the left cheek of two months duration. Local examination showed an ulcer over the skin of the left maxilla, nasal vestibule and alar cartilage. CT scan showed an ill-defined heterogeneously enhancing soft tissue lesion with ulceration, over the inferomedial aspect of the left maxillary bone and extending to involve the left nasal vestibule.
