HISTORY:

25 year old woman,H/O short temperedness and obsessive, apathetic Psychiatric consultation - depression with psychotic features Soreness of limbs with pins and needles on face.Auditory and visual hallucinations, became childish in affect and speech,Later on unsteady on feet MRI bright signal in thalamus bilaterally.EEG: non-specific bilateral slowing Died of pneumonia 14 months after presentation
