HISTORY:
72 year old woman with diabetes and hypertension Memory loss and cognitive decline 4 years CT scan showed cerebral atrophy and hydrocephalus V-P shunt inserted with no effect Gradually worsened and became less responsive GCS:3/15 Died of possible sepsis from infected diabetic ulcer
