HISTORY:  A 38 year-old man with history of alcoholism, presented with pancytopenia and mild hepatomegaly. 2 images, one of the PBS and one of the Bone Marrow showing diagnostic features are presented. The reticulocyte count increased immediately after specific treatment. What's your Diagnosis?
