This is a case of HYDATIDIFORM MOLE (Complete) with marked Trophoblastic proliferation. It is not Chorioadenoma Destruens (Invasive Mole) because no myometrial or vascular invasion is seen; this is essentially an endometrial curretage. It is not Choriocarcinoma because the presence of villi excludes it.

Dr. Baruah's report was Hydatidiform Mole with marked trophoblastic proliferation, with a comment suggesting to explore (i.e. by ultraSound) for myometrial invasion to exclude invasive mole.

Please, send further comments and/or discussion of this case to Dr. M K Baruah
