This Case was diagnosed as Castleman's disease (Angio-follicular hyperplasia - hyaline vascular type). The sections reveal organized lymphoid tissue comprised of follicular aggregates of mature lymphoid cells. At the centre of each of these follicles, a blood vessel is seen, surrounded by a zone of hyalinization. Granulomas are not seen.
